Terms & Conditions — 3db Platform Rules and User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between the player ("you", "your", "the User") and 3db ("the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us", "our") with respect to all services provided at 3db.club, including but not limited to cricket sports betting, live casino games, slots, specialty games, account management services, and promotional activities.

By completing the 3db registration process, by logging in to an existing 3db account, or by accessing any page of the 3db platform, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full; (b) you agree to be legally bound by them; (c) you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below; and (d) you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by the 3db Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional terms communicated in a specific offer, the promotional terms will prevail only with respect to that specific promotion and only for its stated duration.

3db reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. All changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your sole responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. If you continue to use the 3db platform after any amendment has been published, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised terms.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event that any translation is produced for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

Access to and use of the 3db platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The 3db platform is strictly an 18+ service. Persons under the age of 18 are expressly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any part of the platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful, restricted, or requires a licence that 3db does not hold.
• You have not previously had a 3db account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of 3db or any of its affiliated game providers.

3db reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any activity that raises a reasonable concern about the account holder's age or identity. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi government authority.

If 3db determines, at any time, that an account is held by a person under the age of 18 or by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above, the account will be suspended immediately. Any deposits made to the account will be subject to review, and any winnings or bonuses credited to the account during the period of ineligibility will be forfeited. 3db will make reasonable efforts to return the original deposit amount to the payment source after completing its investigation, subject to applicable legal obligations.

To access the full range of services offered by 3db, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must register a 3db account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active 3db account at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or the same device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions. If 3db detects multiple accounts associated with the same individual, all accounts beyond the first registered account may be suspended and any balances held across the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to 3db at registration and throughout the lifetime of your account is accurate and up to date. This includes your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details. If any of your account information changes, you must update it promptly by contacting [email protected]. 3db accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account Security and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3db account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. 3db will never contact you by email, phone, or any other means to request your password or one-time password (OTP). If you receive any such request purporting to be from 3db, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

If you suspect that your 3db account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 3db immediately by contacting [email protected]. You are responsible for all activity on your account until 3db has been notified of a suspected unauthorised access and has taken steps to secure the account. 3db accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

3db operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its internal compliance policies. You may be required to submit identification documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested may result in temporary account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges, until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on the 3db platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and any adjustments for bonuses or corrections — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the 3db platform.

Deposits

3db accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your 3db account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 3db does not charge a platform-side fee for deposits, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name and connected to your verified identity. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits funded from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability and technical constraints of the relevant payment provider. 3db targets a withdrawal processing time of 5–15 minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.

3db reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers its internal risk or compliance thresholds. This may include verification of identity, source of funds, or payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment accounts other than those associated with the account holder's verified identity.

Disputed Transactions

If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your account, or that a withdrawal has not been received at your payment provider, you must contact [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction date, providing the transaction reference number, amount, date, time, and payment method used. 3db will investigate the matter with the relevant payment provider and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the 3db platform, including cricket sports betting, live casino games, slots, and specialty game products.

General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 3db platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including the selection, stake amount, market type, and event — before confirming. 3db does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in specific circumstances described below.

3db reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement; (b) a system error or technical fault resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed; (c) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable game-specific rules; or (d) there is evidence of fraudulent activity, manipulation, or collusion associated with the bet.

Cricket Betting

Cricket betting on 3db covers matches from the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other domestic and international cricket competitions. Available markets include match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, fall of wicket, and live in-play markets. Market availability varies by match and competition. Specific cricket betting rules, including rules for abandoned or rain-affected matches and Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) method applications, are published in the Cricket section of the 3db platform.

Casino and Slots Games

Casino games — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi — and slots titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming operate according to the rules established by each individual game provider. These rules are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and an individual game provider's rules, the game provider's rules shall apply to that specific game.

All casino and slots games on 3db use certified random number generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness. 3db does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available within the game information panels.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human method to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting system errors, technical faults, or incorrectly displayed odds to place bets at non-market prices.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit promotional offers or bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal player activity.
• Colluding with other players or with any game participant to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt conduct in relation to any sporting event covered by the 3db sportsbook.

Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. Winnings accumulated through prohibited conduct will be voided and any balance may be forfeited at 3db's discretion following investigation.

3db offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The availability, terms, and conditions of individual promotions — including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and tournament prize pools — are communicated through the platform at the time the promotion is active.

General Bonus Rules

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before the bonus — and any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates for each promotion are stated in the relevant promotional terms.

Bonuses are credited to your 3db account in a designated bonus balance, separate from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets; bonus funds are applied thereafter, subject to applicable wagering restrictions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings converted from bonus funds in accordance with the wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

Bonus Abuse and Misuse

3db monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, systematic low-risk betting to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine intent to play, and coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided and their accounts suspended.

Promotional Changes

3db reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes changing the terms of an ongoing promotion where there is evidence of widespread misuse or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect promotion parameters being communicated. In such cases, 3db will make reasonable efforts to honour bonus credits already legitimately earned up to the point of modification.

3db reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the verification process.
• The player is under 18 years of age or otherwise does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• 3db has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct in connection with the account.
• The player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 5 of these Terms and Conditions.
• A chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated by the player or their payment provider without 3db's consent.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their 3db account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Requests for account closure will be processed within two business days. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification and subject to any outstanding withdrawal restrictions or KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 3db platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion options include temporary cooling-off periods (minimum 24 hours) and permanent self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is in place, 3db will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform, including blocking login attempts and declining to process new deposits. Players on self-exclusion must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3db's liability to any player in connection with the use of the 3db platform shall be limited to the value of funds held in the player's verified account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

Limitation of Liability

3db shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential — arising from: (a) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its services; (b) any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements; (c) any error, inaccuracy, or omission in sports data, odds, or game results; (d) any failure of third-party payment systems including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, or Mastercard; or (e) any force majeure event beyond 3db's reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, power outages, or governmental actions.

3db does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on any device used to access the 3db platform.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute relating to a bet outcome, game result, account transaction, bonus, or any other aspect of the 3db platform, you must contact 3db in the first instance by emailing [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including the relevant account reference, transaction or bet ID, date and time, and a description of the issue. 3db will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and provide a written resolution within 14 business days.

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted for review. 3db's decision, reached following good-faith investigation of the relevant facts, records, and system logs, shall be final and binding in respect of all disputes relating to the platform's services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with general principles of online gaming and consumer protection. 3db operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to the fair and transparent resolution of all player disputes. Where any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
